Arbitration and the administrative court under CCJC (Central Council of Jews in Germany) is created on the basis of item 15 of the Charter of this organisation. By the same Charter, it is court-ordered to be guided in its work by the civil remedial code and the administrative code. However, there are no instructions, on which countries’ codes are to be used.
The arbitration court is a unique law enforcement body which operates in a secular sphere of the Jewish community of Germany.
It would be desirable to understand, why the court created at CCJC, i.e. the organisation possessing the status of a public law corporation, whose mission is to render lawful and just decisions, shields its activities from the German public. Shielding of the court’s work, calls into question the "cleanliness" of its activities, and gives the unscrupulous functionaries of communities the ability to hide their sins even after making court judgements.
